FIELD: prosthodontics, in particular, support for dental prosthesis of various construction and type of attachment. SUBSTANCE: supporting structure has basic part, thrust, shank axially aligned with basic part and thrust and provided with outer thread for attachment to implant. Supporting structure is made integral. Its basic part is made in the form of polyhedron which is smoothly terminated with flange and is provided with many-sided mounting part. Slot between basic part and mounting part is adapted for receiving retaining screw for standard removable prosthesis or for cementing mass used for mounting prosthesis adapted to be cemented. Supporting structure may be used in the process of mounting various types of prosthesis, such as single, bridge-type or multiple-type prosthesis with different number of supports, as well as prosthesis adapted to be cemented or screwed in the process of simultaneous implantation.
