SUPERHEATED STEAM GENERATOR OF INCINERATION PLANT HAVING CORROSIVE FLUE GAS

PURPOSE: A superheated steam generator of an incineration plant is provided to achieve the high temperature of a super heater without corrosion of the final super heater and to easily change the existed boiler. CONSTITUTION: The superheated steam has:a radiation unit(2) having more than one combustion chamber(3); a convection unit(5) having more than one super heater(8); a plate(10) arranged inside of more than one wall(9) of the radiation unit; a space(12) provided between the wall of the radiation unit and the plate; at least one part of the super heater arranged in the space as a wall super heater(15); and the space including a non-corrosive gas(13) with higher pressure than one of gas in the combustion chamber.
