PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive approach and a contact of electrodes each other during bending and to cause no action failure by adhering both electrode sheets in an area formed with the electrode and in an area except for an area to be bent during assembling through a spacer material. SOLUTION: An area 24 corresponding to electrodes 2, 12, an area 25 bent during assembling and an area 26 corresponding to an electrode connecting part of leads 3, 13 of a spacer material C comprising both surface viscous film are punched and are accurately positioned. Electrode sheets A, B are superposed on both sides of the spacer material C, heated and pressurized to adhere it to form a predetermined shape and an aperture is provided for weight reduce. Thereby, the rigidity of the area 25 to be bent during assembling can be lowered and the area 25 is easily bent to 90 deg.. The same operation load as that in the case of no-bending is applied at this time to prevent the inner electrode sheet from buckling by a bending excessively approaching to or coming into contact with the outer electrode.
