PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the optimum life plan of a three-story dwelling house to a person expected to build the three-story dwelling house for optimizing the dwelling feeling after completion of the building by providing the planning of rooms for reducing the times of vertical movement since it is the problem that the times of vertical movement which is no problem in the two-story dwelling house causes a large burden in the three-story dwelling house. SOLUTION: In a three-story dwelling house, a useful space being the space capable of conduct in a short time is arranged in the LDK floor equipped with a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The conduct in a short time comprises a change of clothes, makeup, dress, fold of washing, preparation of bathing and putting things in order after the bath, or the like. A washing machine and a drying place are arranged in the floor where a useful space is attached.
