PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic and continuous manufacture of foamed film having a fastener by a method wherein after a film is formed with many recesses, the film is adhered to a base film to seal the recesses, thereby formes a foamed film and at the same time a fastener is adhered to the portion where some protrusions in the foamed film. SOLUTION: A recess forming film 11 is supplied to a recess forming drum 1, this is heated by a film heating device 2 to form some recesses and then a recess forming film 15 is made. In addition, the recess forming film 15 and a base film 12 are laminated and supplied to an adhering roll 3, the films are heat melted with a pressing roll 4 to form a foamed film 16. Further, the foamed film 16 is supplied between a fastener adhering roll 6 and a foamed film pressing roll 7, both male and female members 13, 14 of fastener are supplied from a fastener storing tank 5 between the portion where the protrusions of the foamed film 16 are not present and the fastener adhering roll 6, then the foamed film having fastener is manufactured and the film is transferred to a bag forming section 8.
