<p>Portable phone radio device capable of using a noncontact IC medium. A noncontact IC medium (20b) has a coinlike shape and is replaceably carried by a portable phone radio device (110). The portable phone radio device (110) has a medium holder (111), a radio transmitting/receiving circuit including an antenna (112), and a control circuit for controlling read and write of digital information from and on recording regions of the noncontact IC medium (20b) in the medium holder (111) and external noncontact IC media (20a, ICC) through the radio transmitting/receiving circuit. A processor is, as necessary, provided to process information according to the digital information read out.</p> |
