PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple system for gradually photodecomposing indoor noxious components in a store, an office and a home to eliminate them. SOLUTION: This system comprises a light source for generating radiant light for activating the photocatalyst function of titanium oxide, and an almost cylindrical honeycomb made of a titanium oxide carrier sheet provided with a titanium oxide containing layer with photocatalyst function on at least one face of a support body. The outer surface of the light source and the inner surface of the honeycomb are in an abutting state. In this case, the decay factor of illuminance (Lx) from the light source is 40% or less, and the surface area of the honeycomb is 5-50 times as large as the surface area of the light source.
