PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling out jig for a spool wound welding wire and a pulling out method of a spool wound welding wire, wherein a spool for a welding wire can be attached to a supplying shaft of a supplying device regardless of a material of the spool. SOLUTION: This pulling out jig 1 for a spool wound welding wire intervenes between a winding drum and a spool supplying shaft, when a spool 10 for a welding wire, which comprises a pair of flanges 11 having a supporting shaft inserting hole 14 at a center part and the winding drum installed between the flanges, is attached to the spool supplying shaft of the wire supplying device. In this case, the jig 1 comprises a center hole 3 engaged with the spool supplying shaft, and a cylindrical member 2 having an outer peripheral face 2a inserted into the supporting shaft inserting hole 14 of the spool 10, and the cylindrical member 2 is formed from an insulating material.
