PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus for an umbrella so that a top of the umbrella opened in a rainy day is brightened. SOLUTION: A power supply cell is built in a body 1 to be covered on a ferrule B of an umbrella A, and a light-emitting lamp (LED) is provided in a visible manner. A rain drop sensor 7 to turn on and off a power supply circuit of the light-emitting lamp is set on a body top part in an exposed manner so that a top (ferrule) of the umbrella A is brightened when the rain drop sensor 7 senses a rain.
