PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stabilizer for a door glass that prolongs the life of the contact body by preventing it from being damaged, and that, as an installation structure to door panel side, easily and structurally prevents shaking which is likely to occur in a space from the door panel when it is mounted by hanging through a hook portion. SOLUTION: This stabilizer for door glass has a supporting member 1 attached to a door panel inside of an automobile vehicle door. It also has a contact body 10 attached to the supporting member 1 and abutting to a door glass c. In this door glass stabilizer, the contact body 10, abutting to the door glass c, guides and supports the vertical movement of the door glass c. The supporting member 1 consists of a first half body 2 to be attached to the door panel and a second half body 3 to be assembled to the first half body 2 for mounting the contact body 10 on the surface thereof. The contact body 10 has a main portion 10a and a lower curved portion 10b. The main portion 10a is disposed at the front face opposite to the door glass c of the second half body 3. The lower curved portion 10b is linked to the main portion 10a and inclined to the direction in which it separates from the door glass. The lower curved portion 10b also bypasses the lower end of the second half body 3, extending to the reverse face side.
