PURPOSE: A production method and a production device for a crucian-shaped bread is provided to be able to eat by baking in a bread-frame produced by a ceramic taken out at the needed time by cool storing. CONSTITUTION: The production method for the fish-shaped bread contains steps of:kneading by sufficiently agitating with a kneading machine and a mixer by mixing the flour 25 - 30 wt%, the brown glutinous rice 40 - 50 wt%, the refined sugar 10 - 15 wt%, the margarine 5 - 10 wt%, the refined salt 0.5 - 1 %, the sodium hydrogen carbonate 0.3 - 0.5 wt%, the starch 3 wt%, the mugwort 0.5 - 1 wt%, the peanut powder 1 wt%, and the tocopherol 0.000003 wt%; heating with a heater installed in the lower part of the production device for the crucian-shaped bread after producing in the crucian shape by putting in a frame of the crucian-shaped bread produced by a ceramic of the production device for the crucian-shaped bread after separating a certain amount from the dough after leaving for 30 minutes.
