PURPOSE: A tapestry-typed character information display device is provided to present various information transmitted from a telecommunication enterpriser by transmitting a standard character information through a display. CONSTITUTION: The tapestry-typed character information display device comprises a character information displayer for displaying a first information for all receivers, a second information for grouped receiver in each local area, and a third information for individual service, a telecommunication receiver for receiving the first of the third information, a recorder for recording the first of the third information, a central processing unit(CPU) for displaying the recorded information in the recorder and the information received in the telecommunication receiver at the fixed location.
