PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost and shorten a construction period at the same time by executing waterproofing work of a roof using waterproof material mixed with high permeable material chips or a waterproof sheet sandwiching high permeable material foil so as to execute magnetic shielding and waterproofing work at the same time. SOLUTION: A waterproof layer 3 executed on a building roof 1 is formed of a polymer material mixed with chips 2 formed of high permeable material such as amorphous metal or a silicon steel plate. These chips 2 are to be as large as possible as long as workability and mixing performance are not impaired, and it is preferable to cut the chips in strip shape in the case of an amorphous sheet. Durability of the waterproof layer 3 is therefore improved, and the influence of the magnetic field is reduced. In order to obtain magnetic shielding of even higher performance, the waterproof layer 3 is formed of a sheet with high permeable material foil inserted between waterproof sheets. Magnetic shielding and waterproofing work execution can be simultaneously performed to reduce construction cost and to shorten a construction period.
