PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a contact area between a food and a packing member as much as possible when tender foods such as hot-dog and hamburger or the like are packed with a packing member such as a bag or a wrapping member and displayed at a store to improve a commodity value, prevent a finger from being stained with foods when the foods are taken out of the packing member and also prevent the foods from being crushed when the foods packed in the packing material such as bag, wrapping and the like are stucked up. SOLUTION: There is provided a food packing spacer 1 comprised of a mounting section 2 on which foods are mounted and a packing material supporting section 3 taken out of the mounting section 2. The packing material supporting section 3 has its upper end positioned above or near the foods mounted on the mounting section 2 and then the packing member having the foods packed therein is supported by the packing material supporting section 3.
