PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring container in which a position setting for determining a direction of a pouring element in the container can be easily carried out and further an easiness in fitting between the main body of the container and the pouring element is not damaged. SOLUTION: A pouring container 1 is comprised of a main body 2 of a container for storing contents and a pouring element 3 fitted to a neck part 21 of the main body 2 of the container, wherein the main body 2 of the container and the pouring element 3 are provided with a position aligning structure 5. The position aligning structure 5 is comprised of a recess section 52 formed to have a plurality of recess forming ribs 51 at an outer surface side of the neck 21 and a protrusion fitted to and inserted into the recess 52 formed at an inner surface side of the pouring element 3. The recess forming rib 51 has a mountain-shape at its upper part.
