METHOD FOR INSPECTING FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently inspecting non-defective or defective of a flexible circuit board. SOLUTION: After a moisture of a flexible circuit board is absorbed in an atmosphere of 30 mm Hg or more of a steam pressure, a voltage is applied between two wirings 2, and an insulating resistance value R between the wirings 2 during voltage applying is measured. A change amountΔlog (R) of an insulating resistance value of each arbitrary time is obtained. Non-defective or defective of the flexible circuit board is decided according to whether the maximum value of the change amountΔlog (R) of the insulating resistance value is a predetermined reference value or less or not.
