PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked piezoelectric element which has fine structure. SOLUTION: This is a stacked piezoelectric element which is equipped with a piezoelectric substance block 1, a plurality of plate electrodes 2, each of which buried in the piezoelectric substance block 1 is substantially parallel with one surface of the block 1, a first common electrode 3 which is connected to odd plate electrodes when counted from the plate electrode 2 nearest to the one surface of the block 1 out of plural plate electrodes 2, and a second common electrode 3 which is connected to the residual even plate electrodes 2 not connected by the first common electrode. The plate electrode 2 and the first and second common electrodes 3 are made of the same conductive material.
