PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly provide a surface state for providing a prescribed surface roughness over the whole surface of a sleeve by pressurizing the surface with an irregular pattern for providing a desired surface roughness provided on a pressurizing member to the surface of a coating layer in semi-hardened state provided on a sleeve base. SOLUTION: A member 1 having a coating layer on a base is set so as to uniformly make contact with both holding rollers 3, 4, and a pressure roller 2 having a roughness pattern 6 is brought into contact therewith from above so that a pressure necessary for transfer of the roughness pattern 6 is evenly added thereto. At this time, the contact is performed so as to evenly add the pressure to both the holding rollers 3, 4. The pressure roller 2 is then rotated in the direction of an arrow 5, whereby the surface of the coating layer of the member 1 is pressurized by the roughness pattern surface of the pressure roller 2 to transfer it. In transfer process, the irregular state of the pressure roller 2 is reversed and formed on the surface of the coating layer. After the transfer is ended, hardening of the resin constituting the coating layer is completed. |
