PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid booming noise of a cabin, particularly low frequency resonance by pressure-bonding fiber plates, particularly nonwoven fabric plates, as sound absorbing material to form an inner roof. SOLUTION: Storage space 14 for an air conditioner 15 or the like is formed by an inner roof 12 and an outer roof 13. The inner roof 12 is formed by pressure-bonding fiber plates. The fiber plates are formed of knitted riber material or nonwoven fabric with a resin, an adhesive or a binder applied or impregnated, pressure-bonded at the pressing temperature of about 200 deg.C and hardened to be integrated. In compression molding, the skin is of thin-walled structure large in compressibility, and the cabin outer face side is integrally formed as a soundproof layer. PE nonwoven fabric is used as the skin, and polyester fiber is used as the soundproof layer. Booming noise of a cabin is therefore damped to attain silent driving.
