PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the minimum required air for a piston stroke to an air cylinder, and stop supply of air more than necessary by a supply stopping valve by providing the supply stopping valve in pipings between a solenoid selector valve and an air cylinder. SOLUTION: A normally opened proportional valve 63 is disposed in a passage to communicate a solenoid selector valve side port 18 with a cylinder side port 19, and a variable throttle valve 85 is disposed in a passage to communicate the cylinder side port 19 with a feedback chamber 65. An output member 50 is disposed at a position facing the feedback chamber 65, the output member 50 is energized in one direction by a pressure governor spring 58, and it is energized in the other direction by pressure of the feedback chamber 65. A valve body 43 of the proportional control valve 63 and the output member 50 are disposed to be interlocked with each other in such a way that the valve body 43 of the proportional control valve 63 is moved in accordance with pressure rise of the feedback chamber 65 to direct the proportional control valve 63 in a closing direction as the other direction.
