PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured one-way clutch for a pulley. SOLUTION: A pulley 20 is installed on an alternator shaft 30 through slide bearings 42 and 44, and a nut 48 is fitted on a threaded part 36 of the alternator shaft 30, and the pulley 20 is fixed about the axial direction. A belt 17 is wound on the peripheral wall of the pulley 20, and the inner wall 24 of the pulley 20 and the first columnar part 32 of the alternator shaft 30 are fitted on/in a coil spring 50. Only when the pulley 20 makes relative rotation in the A- direction relative to the alternator shaft 30 being driven by the belt 17, coupling of the pulley 20 with the alternator shaft 30 is established by the spring 50, and the rotation is transmitted to the alternator shaft 30.
