摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control system that is a wireless relaying system, in which a system throughput between terminal stations is enhanced and can be varied flexibly with respect to a short-term traffic fluctuations. <P>SOLUTION: In the wireless relaying system, a relay station 30 relays communication between two terminal stations which perform random access. A transmitter 32 synchronizes the slot timing of a time slot indicating a unit time. A GPS circuit 35 performs time synchronization for synchronizing the slot timing. A timing control circuit 36 is divided into a plurality of groups in accordance with a transmission right to permit transmission using a time slot, at least one time slot is allocated for each group, the transmission right to permit transmission only for terminal stations belonging to one group and the relay station 30 is given to the time slot, and the transmission right is given in accordance with a transmission order corresponding to an order of allocation of the time slots. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
