PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and to stabilize the supporting constitution of the shaft cylinder of an inclined tine having a tillage tine in a rotary tilling apparatus in a state of an inclined tine shaft. SOLUTION: An inclined rice plant shaft cylinder 5 having outside ends inclined downward and equipped with tilling tines 4 at the outer periphery is rotatably born on the outside end part of a bearing boss 3 which is fixed to a tilling transmission case 1 and on and into which a tilling driving shaft 2 is born and inserted. A bearing 6 is laid between a bearing inner end part and the bearing boss 3. Engaging teeth 8 on the outer periphery of a driving metal 7 at the end of the outside tilling driving shaft 2 is meshed with an engaging teeth 9 on the inner periphery of the inclined tine shaft cylinder 5 to constitute a rotation interlock.
