摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new probe which generates an electrochemical response upon specifically binding to a specific single-stranded nucleic acid site of a gene, consists of a cyclic ligand containing ferrocene and naphthalenedimide, and detects hairpin structure, bulge, and so on. SOLUTION: This is a new probe (1) which generates an electrochemical response upon specifically binding to a specific single-stranded nucleic acid site of a gene, and consists of a cyclic ligand which consists of a condensation product from one 1,1'-ferrocenedicarboxylic acid, one 1,4,5,8- naphthalenetetracarboxylic acid, and a pair of linkers consisting of 1,4-bis(3- aminopropyl)piperazine, 1,1'-bis(3-aminopropyl)methylamine, spermine, spermidine, and so on, (2) whose amino group in one end forms an amide bond together with a CO group on the ferrocene ring, and (3) whose amino group on other end forms an amide bond together with two CO groups on the naphthalene ring.
