PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a caller from interrupting its speech during movement of location in the case that the user of the portable telephone terminal receives an incoming call at a location improper to a speech. SOLUTION: In the case of receiving an incoming call through a radio section 1, a control section 11 transmits a message registered in advance in a message registration section 13 from the radio section 1 to a caller. The message denotes that the place receiving the incoming call is improper to a speech and the caller is desired to await the called party till the called party moves to a place proper to the speech without interrupting the phone connection. In the case that the speech is available after a little while, the caller needs not to make redialing and the speech is started at a location not troubling surrounding people.
