SOLUTION: A controller 50 operates a motor 53 for a turntable and a CPU 50B operates a vacuum pump 60 of a suction means 42. The turntable 51 rotates continuously and the excess UV curing resin in a UV curing resin 110 and the froth included therein are sucked via the adhesive releasing section 200 and the adhesive guide path 240 of the turntable 51 into a trap tank 62. The excess UV curing resin 110 is shaken off along an arrow F direction from the outer peripheral portions of the first substrate D1 and the second substrate D2 simultaneously therewith.
