摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level monitor having no failure and simplifying maintenance and management by providing a chamber, an intake port and an exhaust port communicated with the chamber, and a moving member fitted to a sensor main body and having a first side communicated with the chamber. SOLUTION: A sensor main body is provided with an intake port and an exhaust port communicated with a chamber and a moving member fitted to the sensor main body and having a first side and a second side communicated with the chamber. A fluid is fed to the chamber at a variable pressure via the intake port. The moving member can be moved between a first position where the first side closes the exhaust port when the pressure in the chamber is lower than or equal to the liquid pressure of the second side of the moving member and a second position where the first side is separated from the exhaust port when the pressure in the chamber is higher than the liquid pressure of the second side of the moving member. The sensor main body is positioned at a known height in a channel so that the second side of the moving member is communicated with the liquid of the channel, the pressure in the chamber is measured when the moving member is moved to the second position, and the liquid level of the liquid in the channel is measured based on the pressure in the chamber when the moving member is moved to the second position.
