Unfoldable and self-contained metal platform for the evacuation of persons comprising an anchoring plate (1) connected to two compasses (3 and 3') provided with longitudinal orifices through which runners (5 and 5') can circulate; the runners are connected to small rods (4 and 4') to which is articulated a tabular body (2); it is comprised of two compasses (6 and 6') at the vicinity of its minor sides which are provided with longitudinal holes through which can circulate runners (8 and 8') terminated by small rods (7 and 7') which, themselves, are articulated to the tabular body (2') at a point close to its internal vertices.
