PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, light and portable ISDN line tester. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a test judging part 32 for judging normality/abnormality in a signal sequence, communication terminal operation and supplied voltage by detecting the signals and DC currents of layers 1 and 2 while being connected to a U point interface and a test reporting part 34 separably connected through a connector 33 to the test judging part 32 so as to audibly or visibly reporting the judged result of the test judging part 32.
