<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential sensor whose constitution is simple and by which both a positive potential and a negative potential can be measured. SOLUTION: A power supply HV is provided. A resistance RH which is connected across a first output terminal A and a grounding node GND is provided. A resistance RL which is connected across the grounding node GND and a second output terminal B is provided. A resistance R1 which is connected across the grounding node GND and an output node OUT is provided. A resistance RL which is connected across the output node OUT and a detecting node DET is provided. A resistance R3 which is connected across the detecting node DET and the output terminal B is provided. A transistor Tr which is connected across the output terminal A and the detecting node DET is provided, In addition, a pickup device PU which controls a base current. IB supplied to the transistor Tr is provided in such a way that the potential of the detecting node DET becomes equal to the potential Vt of an object OBJ to be detected.</p> |
