PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent indoor environment contamination by executing decoration on a surface on at least one face of a core material, and sticking a decorative plate on which a coating layer showing adsorption reaction is formed for free formaldehyde on the surface. SOLUTION: A sawn plate, a plywood, a fiber plate or the like is separately used or they are laminated to make a composite material so as to be a base material. A sash bar obtained by cutting the base material is core-assembled in the form of a square, a cross square or the like, and the core material of a fitting member is formed. In addition, a synthetic fiber plate, a particle board or the like is separately used or their laminated composite material is made the base material of a decorative plate. Decoration of coloring painting, a pattern or the like is executed on at least the surface of the base material of the decorative plate, and a mixture in which aqueous solution of proteins, amides, urea and the like are is applied on the reverse, and heating and drying are performed to form a coating layer so as to form the decorative plate. The decorative plate is stuck on at least one side of the core material. Thereby since free formaldehyde is adsorbed on the coating layer, indoor environment contamination can be prevented.
