SUPER LOW TEMP AIR DISTILLATION METHOD OF NITROGEN GENERATOR CONSISTING OF PLURAL DISTILLATING COLUMNS GENERATING OXYGEN AT THE SAME TIME

摘要

PURPOSE: A super low temperature air distillation method of a nitrogen generator is provided to efficiently generate the oxygen with the low recovery rate at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The dry air distillation method is composed by the steps of: separating the vapor flow with thick oxygen at a position under a feeding unit toward a low pressure distillation column; dividing into the oxygen of the lower area and the waste overhead distillate by feeding the separated vapor flow with thick oxygen to an auxiliary distillation column; and boiling the auxiliary distillation column and separating the oxygen flow as the oxygen product from the lower area of the auxiliary distillation column.
