PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fly insecticide without hunting and chasing a fly or scattering a toxic gas in the air and ambushing and killing the fly, but with luring the fly and surely conquering at the place by a natural absorbing force and polite to the human environment. SOLUTION: This fly insecticide is obtained by mixing a rice bran, a rice bran bed or a rice bran water or wines containing an enzyme which is a favorite of a fly with a toxin and water and kneading as a main component of the insecticide. Flies in the vicinity are simultaneously lured by an absorbing force of the enzyme and makes the flies eat the toxin mixed in the rice bran, wines or wine lees to surely make the flies attain the death and eliminates the flies in a receiving dish receiving the fly insecticide put in the place.
