CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication apparatus comprises a memory storing data related to a communication region of a mobile communication standard for the mobile communication apparatus. The mobile communication apparatus includes an interface adopting data related to geographical location from the outside. The mobile communication apparatus includes an indicator for indicating whether the mobile communication apparatus can be used or not in response to the data related to the communication region and the geographical location.
