PURPOSE: A method is provided to repel insects by a reduced decomposing rate of an active material without the defect of over-drying or of over-irritating the skin. CONSTITUTION: The composition of the insect evading material comprises:6-30% of an active agent of an insect evading having a function selected from the ester, the amid, the urethane or the mixture thereof; the glycol having a carbon atom of 3-6 having the ethanol, the isopropanol, the glycol monoalkyl ether; a surface active agent.
