PURPOSE: A cooler is provided to have a simple structure, a high heat efficiency, and little power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The cooler comprises:a first heat exchanger(80) to heat-exchange with a coolant by connecting a coolant outlet hole(42) of a coolant tank to a pipe(P1), and by passing air at the same time; a second heat exchanger(90) installed in an air outlet unit(22) of a duct(20) to heat-exchange with the coolant by connecting a coolant inlet hole(41) of the coolant tank(40) and each pipe(P2,P3), and by passing air; plural heat-conductive-semiconductors(100) for an air cooling to supply a cool heat in air passed the duck(20).
