PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile reduction in air blowing noise, restraint of an enlargement of a product constitution and restraint of a pressure loss increase in a passage in a vehicular air conditioner. SOLUTION: A net-like air straightening member 17 for straightening a flow of hot air is arranged in a hot air passage 10 formed on the downstream side of a heating heat exchanger 8. A dynamic pressure component of a high wind speed can be reduced by colliding a flow of a high wind speed area of the hot air with a net-like wire rod when the hot air passes through the net-like air straightening member 17. Thus, the wind speed distribution can be uniformized by straightening a flow of the hot air to reduce air blowing noise. Since the air straightening member 17 is a net shape, the opening ratio can be easily enhanced so that a pressure loss can be restrained low, and since the air straightening member is a net shape, the air straightening member 17 can be arranged in a small space.
