PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recovering and conveying efficiency of waste plastic packages by mounting a crusher crushing the vessel and a storage tank storing the chips of crushed vessel on a recovery vehicle conveying waste plastic packages vessel from respective municipal storage sites to recycling plants. SOLUTION: A recovering vehicle 5 is mounted with a crusher 11, a storage tank 12 having a chip discharging opening 12a, a conveyer 13 feeding chips from the crusher 11 to the storage tank 12, an easily-mounted conveyer 15 having a receiving tank 14 for supplying raw material. A cap cutting device 15 and a tent roll 17 covering the storage tank 12 and the crusher 11 are disposed as required. In conducting work, the easily-mounted conveyer 15 is unloaded from the recovering vehicle 5 at the storage site of the waste plastic packages (plastic bottles) and conveys plastic bottles to crush them in the crusher 11 and make chips, which are then conveyed by the conveyer 13 and stored in the storage tank 12.
