PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device which can abundantly and stably supply a lubricant for a long period of time, and besides can employ a time-limit use. SOLUTION: In this lubricant supply device supplying a lubricant to a member to be lubricated by oozing out the lubricant from a lubricant contained polymer 11 including previously the lubricant, a heating device is arranged which heats to a predetermined temperature the lubricant contained polymer 11 including at least 10 wt.% to 90 wt.% of the lubricant in a part where the lubricant is oozed out.
