PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance built-in type piezoelectric resonator where a lead-out structure of lead terminals is simplified, the connection reliability of connection electrodes of a capacitive element and the lead terminals is very high and a case is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A laminated body consisting of a piezoelectric resonating element and a capacitive element is contained and arranged in a box-shaped case 4 where lead terminals 6 are fixed to the bottom side and a throughhole 61 is formed to the lead terminals 6 and a conductive connection material is filled and arranged in a throughhole 61 so that the connection electrode of the capacitive element appearing in the throughhole 61 should be connected to each of the lead terminals 6 electrically in this capacitor built-in piezoelectric resonator. Groove lines 81, 82 that clamp the throughholes 61 in the width direction and reach an opening 41 are formed to the inner bottom of the box-shaped case 4.
