PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to smoothly deliver a filamentary body into liquid without applying excessive tension on the filamentary body. SOLUTION: This filamentary body delivery device is constituted to delivery the filamentary body F into the liquid and to have a reel 2 having a cylindrical body 20 wound with the filamentary body F and an aperture 20 for delivering the filamentary body F. The cylindrical body 20 has a fixedly arranged stationary cylindrical body 20A and a sliding cylindrical body 20B slidably arranged on the stationary cylindrical body 20A.
