PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a large force from being applied to a user from an objective person by providing a curved arm rotatably about the axis of a rod. SOLUTION: In a stick fork provided with a curved arm for restricting an objective person at the forward end of a rod having size and length large enough to be held by a user's hand, the curved arm is disposed rotatably about the axis of the rod. The arm and the rod are coupled through a coupling 30 having a function for rotating the curved arm about the axis of the rod, and a rotation control function for rotating the curved arm only when a rotational force high than a specified level is applied between the curved arm and the rod.
