PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer device free from effects of foaming state or mixing state of solids and which can be constructed at low cost. SOLUTION: A liquid transfer device is constructed such that an ejector pump 14 which creates negative pressure on the upstream side of an airflow exhaust port by ejecting high speed airflow in the middle of a conduit is connected to chambers 5, 7 having an inflow port 15 and an outflow port 16. Liquid being transferred is sucked from the outflow port by creating negative pressure in the chamber by an ejector pump. Then, the liquid being transferred is discharged from the outflow port. Because liquid is transferred through creating negative pressure in the chamber by the ejector pump, an actuator which directly comes in contact with the liquid is eliminated.
