<p>Flexible heating panels comprising twin low-voltage electrodes spaced on a cloth pref. glass or polyethylene terephthalate, which is an insulator but which carries an electrically conductive coating pref. silicone rubber. Pref. the panels are sealed in a waterproof envelope pref. PVC, neoprene rubber. To provide warmth with freedom of movement in clothing for arctic, space or underwater conditions or for upholstery e.g. aircraft seats.</p> |
