PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain practical charging and discharging performance with high energy density, while keeping the safety of a battery and good life performance by providing a positive pole containing cobalt acid lithium, a negative pole containing carbon material and a vesicular lithium ion conductive high polymer, and specifying the mol ratio of carbon atoms contained in the negative pole and cobalt atoms contained in the positive pole. SOLUTION: The carbon atom contained in the negative pole has a mol ratio of 0.15-4.5 to the cobalt atom contained in the positive pole. It is preferable that in the case of the positive pole containing nickel acid lithium, it has a mol ratio of 0.2-6 with respect to the nickel atom, in the case of appositive pole containing a compound where 20% or less of nickel atom of nickel acid lithium is substituted by cobalt atom, it has a smol ratio of 0.2-6 with respect to the sum of mol numbers of cobalt and nickel atom, and in the case of a positive pole containing lithium manganese spinel, it has a mol ratio of 0.1-3 with respect to the manganese atom. Vesicular lithium ion conductive high polymer is such that a high polymer portion other than the pores shows lithium ion conductivity. |
