The invention belongs to the group of magnetic massage apparatus aimed at alleviating pain and muscle tension in the body, and also in a mechanical manner at the same time. The purpose of the invention is that, when the apparatus is used in contact with the skin, both direct mechanical vibration influence on the muscles of the body produced by the apparatus and deep-seated magnetic influences produced by the permanent magnet penetrating through the organism of the body are combined at the same time, in a way heretofore unprecedented, by being combined in one and the same apparatus. The action of the apparatus is produced in that one or more pieces of permanent magnets of sufficient strength have been installed asymmetrically in relation to the axis of the body and they are adjustable in respect of their relative position and polarity, while the rotational speed of the apparatus is adjustably controlled by a switch which is connected to the motor. When the apparatus is used, it simultaneously produces both mechanical vibration which can move across the skin contact with the object being massaged and a vitalising magnetic flux which is directed outwardly from the apparatus into the object being massaged, and the magnetic range, polarity and strength of the flux are adjustable with regard to the requirements of different kinds of objects.
