The tank consists of an axial hose section (6) with ends sealed by a cross seam. The hose ends (7) are longer than required for the filled tank, and are folded under the base of the tank. The cross seams (8) are located under the base, so that the weight of the filled tank rests at least partially on a seam. The folded hose ends are connected to each other. The tank is a double-skin tank with an inner fluid-tight skin and an outer tear-proof air-permeable hose jacket, which is constructed in the mentioned method.
