PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a fastener structure particularly enhancing handleability in terms of a working position, obtaining general versatility relative to the shape and the diameter of a bar member, and achieving simplicity. SOLUTION: In a band fastener 30, one end of a band 5 is installed on a bar member 3 at the fixing side with the band 5 extended. This structure is provided with a case body 31 for upwardly communicating the bar member 3 with one end of the detoured band 5, and forming a receiving part having opening width at the lower side narrower than the opening width at the upper side in a gap; a fixing member 33 for mountably, demountably fixing the portion of the band 5 directed to the bar member 3 to the case body 31 at its outer surface; and a lever member 40 upwardly, downwardly, movably installed in the receiving part 32, and for locking the portion of the band 5 passing through the gap in downward movement.
