PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete forms having lightweight properties and high rigidity and being handled more simply. SOLUTION: The concrete forms 10 are constituted in rear opening type box structure of a molding plate 1 for molding a concrete surface and frames 3 annexed to the rear of the molding plate in a casing shape. The molding plate 1 is composed of a composite plate, in which metallic sheets are joined on both surfaces of a synthetic resin sheet, and the peripheral section of the molding plate 1 is bent under the state, in which the outer circumferential surfaces of the frames 3 are covered.
