DECORATIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a sufficient antifouling property without generating a pinhole in a single OP(overprint) layer. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 20 is formed by providing a primer layer 22 made of an acrylic emulsion resin on a paper reinforced sheet 21 of a base material, providing one or more print layers 23 on the layer 22, and further providing a single OP varnish layer 24 via a gravure roll having a cell formed with an ink flow passage by cutting out a part of a wall between adjacent ink pockets or a diagonal line type cell on the layer 23.
